Over the past 30 years, I have founded four ‘start-ups’, built them into successful businesses and gone on to sell them. During this course of time, I have experienced and overcome most of the common challenges faced by business owners and leaders. This includes issues involving strategy, managing and optimising cash flow, time management and of course, managing all the issues that arise with a diverse team of staff. I understand the pressure and stresses that running a business can cause and how important it is to manage this effectively. As an experienced entrepreneur I also recognise the value and importance of getting sound advice and support when faced by these common challenges and of being prepared to openly discuss issues with a business coach or mentor. Since building up my last business into a national company, and selling it in 2009, I have focused on coaching the leaders of small and medium sized businesses in how to manage and overcome the many challenges that they face. I have coached and guided hundreds of owners, leaders and teams across numerous and diverse industries. My mission is to assist the owners’ of small businesses to become the leader of the company they always envisaged and to ensure that it supports them to achieve the lifestyle they want.
