François Bazini is a French- and US-educated ex-BCG strategy consultant and global marketing leader. He started at Danone in Canada, built his US experience at PepsiCo in US-focused and global roles, and later led multi-market brand portfolios across FMCG and Spirits at Suntory - managing teams at local and global levels. He writes on the realities of scaling brands across countries, cultures and categories. Yuri Grebenkin has scaled businesses across countries, cultures, and complex regulatory landscapes over the past three decades. Most recently, he served as President of the International Region at Suntory Global Spirits. Yuri specializes in market entry, building high-performing teams, and navigating high-stakes global negotiations.
