Jim Baugh is a sporting goods industry veteran with almost 40 years of experience in the field. Focused on leading with an entrepreneurial approach, Jim has played a pivotal role in national and local initiatives to “Get America Moving.” Most recently, Jim founded PHIT America, the non-profit education and advocacy organization designed to combat the obesity and inactivity crisis in the U.S. A 2011 inductee into the Sporting Goods Industry Hall of Fame as a pioneer, innovator and leader who helped grow the sporting goods industry, Jim was formerly President of Wilson Sporting Goods, the Tennis Industry Association (TIA) and United States Tennis Association (USTA). He currently sits on the Sports and Fitness Industry Association (SFIA) Board of Directors.
